Attorney Ramy Karnib Joins ATLAW

ATLAW is pleased to welcome Attorney Ramy Karnib to the firm's Corporate practice group.

A rising young lawyer, Ramy's experience has spanned advising and serving multi-million and billion dollar companies through reviewing and drafting contracts and purchase/sales agreements, organizing and restructuring of business entities, and regulatory matters. Ramy is passionate about effectively servicing his clients to help achieve their business goals, from start-ups and non-profits, to well established corporations, in the areas of corporate formation, intellectual property, and real estate. ‍

Karnib graduated with High Distinction from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2019, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with minors in Political Science and Women’s and Gender Studies. His educational journey continued at Wayne State University Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2021, recognized with a prestigious scholarship.

We are proud to have Karnib with us and believe he will be an excellent addition to our growing practice, as we continue to serve clients nationally and globally.
